Oscars Review

The Oscars are over and Leo has finally won! It’s about time. 10 of my predictions have come true, and I’m proud. Yeah, it’s a shame that Tom Hardy didn’t win best supporting actor and the Revenant didn’t win best picture, but at least Leonardo DiCaprio has finally won his first Oscar.

Now i am just going to touch over some of the Academy Awards that I would like to address, not all of them of course.

Best Picture:

Well, spotlight won. Not what I had hoped, but congratulations to them, it was a great movie with truth behind it, and it won the Oscar fair and square.

Best actor in a leading role:

Leo has finally won, after five other nominations Leonardo DiCaprio has finally won his first Oscar, and we are all proud of him.

Best actress in a leading role:

Remember how I said it would be a hard competition between Brie Larson and Cate Blanchett, well it was. So much so that in the end, Brie Larson took the Oscar, and she deserved this one.

The rest of the nominations were already predicted by me, or they just weren’t as important as these top three, I am a little disappointed that Tom Hardy didn’t win best supporting role, but hey, it’s the Academy what can you expect? At least they finally let Leo win for a change.
